Leading Talent Management Vendor Sponsors Major Aberdeen Group Onboarding Strategies Report

The report, authored by Aberdeen Group Research Director Kevin Martin, characterizes the organizational approaches used by companies that are the most successful in onboarding, and includes the role technology plays in that success.

“Given that sixty-eight percent (68%) of organizations that achieved Aberdeen’s Best-in-Class status describe their Onboarding solution as automated, whereas 56% of Laggard organizations describe their Onboarding system as paper-based, it’s difficult to argue against technology’s impact on Onboarding,” said Kevin Martin, Research Director, Human Capital Management at Aberdeen. “Also, our research found that near-term adoption of Onboarding technology among Best-in-Class organizations will be focused on improving the accuracy, timeliness, and awareness of new employee data, as well as the proactive pursuit and management of career development.”
